Commercial Facility | Multi-Level Parking Solar Carport | 300 kW
Coordinated a 300 kW solar carport project installed over a multi-level commercial parking facility with a total connected load of approximately 600 kW, including 300 kW lighting load and 300 kW air-conditioning load. The solar plant was planned to offset the lighting load while converting parking infrastructure into a dual-use renewable energy asset.
Supported project coordination across load review, multi-level parking site feasibility, structural interface review, design inputs, vendor follow-ups, installation planning, commissioning readiness, and stakeholder alignment with the client, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Delivered 300 kW solar carport capacity to support the facility’s lighting load.
Reviewed load split between lighting and air-conditioning demand to support project feasibility and energy offset planning.
Converted a multi-level parking area into a dual-use asset for renewable energy generation and shaded parking.
Supported electricity cost reduction and sustainability targets through on-site solar generation.
Facility had an estimated 600 kW connected load, split between lighting and air-conditioning demand.
Lighting load represented a consistent energy requirement suitable for solar offset.
Limited unused rooftop or open land required use of the multi-level parking structure for solar deployment.
Carport structure and solar installation had to be coordinated during site development before parking operations began.
• Implemented a 300 kW solar carport system to offset the facility’s lighting load.
• Used the multi-level parking area as a dual-purpose asset for renewable energy generation and shaded parking.
•Coordinated structural inputs with parking layout, clearance, access, safety, and future operational requirements.
• Supported review of proposed capacity, expected generation, energy offset, and commercial feasibility.
•Coordinated with client, consultants, vendors, and site teams to support installation and commissioning readiness.
Reviewed facility load profile, including 300 kW lighting load and 300 kW air-conditioning load.
Supported evaluation of the 300 kW solar plant against lighting demand and expected energy offset.
Coordinated technical inputs for carport structure, module layout, cable routing, inverter location, access, and safety requirements.
Supported execution planning while the parking structure was being fabricated and prepared for future operations.
