PROBLEM

High electricity consumption across distributed assets, with limited rooftop deployment due to safety and infrastructure constraints

Need to achieve ESG and decarbonization goals, but conventional solar solutions lacked visible social impact

Cow shelters operated with 30% funding coverage, relying on donations that declined sharply during COVID, leading to deteriorating infrastructure and increased mortality

No existing model to link renewable energy adoption with socially impactful infrastructure on government-leased land

SOLUTION

• Conceptualized a CSR-linked off-site solar model, utilizing cow shelter infrastructure to enable renewable energy generation for third-party consumers

• Secured government alignment and approvals, integrating solar deployment with infrastructure development, including shelter strengthening and improved animal welfare conditions

• Enabled a dual-impact model, reducing electricity costs and emissions for the client while creating a sustainable revenue stream and infrastructure upgrade for cow shelters

• Structured the solution to be commercially viable and scalable, enabling replication across similar ESG-driven use cases

• Led stakeholder alignment across PSU, NGO, government, utility, and EPC partners to enable pilot execution under compressed timelines
